2. Review and approval of Minutes from September 29, 2022.
3. Update from NEORTPO on FFY 2022 tasks:
· Ottawa County LRTP is being reviewed by ODOT
· Delaware County LRTP is being reviewed by ODOT
· Regional Plan will begin as soon as the Ottawa and Delaware County LRTP are approved.
· Mayes County Trails Alliance Safe Streets for All Project
· Annette Morgan and Diana Reaser are covering RTPO until directed differently

MINUTES
1. Welcome and Introductions – David Poindexter, RTPO Policy Board Chair Meeting called to order at 9:33 Attendees were Russell Earls, Michael Glynn, Hugh Gordon, David Poindexter, Lowell Walker, Annette Morgan, Diana Reaser, Errin Clocker, Dax Ogden, LaWayne Clapp, Scott Hilton, Kim Bradshaw, Joni Jones, Andrew Knife Chief
2. Review and approval of Minutes from September 29, 2022. Motion to approve. 1st:45 Russell 2nd Lowell Approved Passed
3. Update from NEORTPO on FFY 2022 tasks:
· Ottawa County LRTP is being reviewed by ODOT. Michael Flynn hopes to have returned by end of the week.
· Delaware County LRTP is being reviewed by ODOT. Michael Flynn hopes to have returned by end of the week
· Regional Plan will begin as soon as the Ottawa and Delaware County LRTP are approved. We will do this when the Ottawa and Delaware Counties are finished. This will be our 7 counties.
· Mayes County Trails Alliance Safe Streets for All Project. No update
· Annette Morgan and Diana Reaser are covering RTPO until directed differently. We are figuring out where we need to pick up and move on.
4. Old Business Shundi Road we have the plans, but city leaders have indicated that an AT&T and a gas line need to be moved. Side note to this project there is a proposed Solar Panel farm.
5. New Business IIJA money response in the first year wasn’t what they expected. ODOT is wanting to know if the RTPO’s would be interested in assisting in training the cities and towns in regards to IIJA and non-traditional direct grant recipients.
Michael let us know that ODOT is developing an Active Transportation Plan and we will be looking for input. This will be a policy plan to give guidance for all work done.
