PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN – FY2017

As a part of the Grand Gateway (North East) RTPO activities being undertaken, a Public Participation Plan (PPP) has been developed for federal fiscal year 2017. This document outlines the policies governing the program, the structure of the program itself, as well as the methods by which citizens, businesses, organizations, and other regional partners can participate in the planning process. Attached is the current proposed PPP available for public comment. Both the Technical Committee and Policy Board have already provided their comments.
